The 20% Deposit Bonus is offered by Ultima Markets, traded under Ultima Markets Ltd

PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.This promotion is available from:

4.New clients must open a new live account (not a “demo” account) with Ultima Markets. By opening a new account with Ultima Markets, the client acknowledges having read and agreed to be legally bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this Deposit Bonus and Ultima Markets’ Terms and Conditions.

5. To be eligible for this promotion, clients must opt-in to be part of it by confirming their decision via the client portal.

6. Eligible clients will receive the following credit bonus:
a. 20% of your first deposit: credit bonus is capped at 500 USD (or equivalent)
b. 10% of your subsequent deposits: credit bonus is capped at 9,500 USD (or equivalent) “Subsequent deposits” refer to any deposits made after your first deposit or the part that exceeds 2,500 USD (or equivalent) from your first deposit.

The examples in the table below show how the credit bonus is calculated based on your first-time deposit (FTD) amount.

7.The total Credit Bonus is capped at 10,000 USD (or currency equivalent) per eligible client at any time during this promotion.

8.Internal transfers, balance or cash adjustments, introducer/affiliate rebates, or commissions are not considered new deposits and are not eligible for this promotion.

9.The Credit Bonus is not allowed for withdrawal. Profits will be reflected in your account va lue. Similarly, any losses will be deducted from your account value. All profits generated by using the bonus are withdrawable following our withdrawal policy

10.If you withdraw partial/all of your deposits and/or profits, a partial trading credit/all of your credit bonus will be removed from your account accordingly. We reserve the right to retain the credit bonus in proportion to 10% of the balance.

11.An account with leverage of 1000/2000 is not eligible to participate in this promotion.

12.You are not allowed to make any transfers of your credit bonus to another trading account.

13.If your account equity is less than the trading credit on your account, the remaining credit may be withdrawn at our discretion, causing all active positions on your account to be closed.

14.This promotion can be canceled at any time by Ultima Markets, and account eligibility is at our discretion.

15.Your Credit Bonus will be removed when the trading period ends without further notice.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following conditions apply to all offers unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• All Ultima Markets’ offers are only available following applicable law.
• Ultima Markets’ offers are not designed to alter or modify an individual’s risk preference or encourage individuals to trade in a manner inconsistent with their trading strategies.
• Clients should ensure they operate their trading account consistently with their trading comfort level.
• New Accounts are subject to approval as per Ultima Markets’ account opening procedure. Individuals who apply for an account must check their local laws and regulations before applying for an account with Ultima Markets.
• Clients referred by a PAMM/MAM or money manager are not eligible to participate in Ultima Markets offers.
• Ultima Markets reserves the right to stop clients from claiming credit bonuses from promotions if your deposit is made via an e-wallet/cryptocurrency channel, including but not limited to: USDT, Neteller, and Skrill.
• Clients are not allowed to use the credit bonus to hedge positions. Ultima Markets reserves the right to cancel a client’s eligibility to participate in any credit bonus offers, remove partial/all credit bonus from their trading account, and partial/all profits generated by hedging positions without further notice.
• Ultima Markets reserves the right to decline any application or indication to participate in any promotion at its sole discretion without providing any justification or explaining the reasons for such a decline.
• Ultima Markets reserves the right to exclude and/or cancel a client’s participation in its offers or promotions if: a) Churning (opening and closing of Margin FX or CFD transactions just for the benefit of earning a benefit); b) the client is found violate its Client Agreement or has breached the promotions terms and conditions. In the event of such misconduct or breach, Ultima Markets shall have the right to deduct any bonus amounts from the trading account.
• Ultima Markets may at any time make changes to these terms and conditions and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on the Ultima Markets website. You are advised to revise these Terms regularly, and by your continued use of Ultima Markets website and services that you accept any such modified terms. Ultima Markets reserves the right to modify or cancel any offers at its sole discretion at any time.
• Ultima Markets may, at any time, at its sole discretion, cease or discontinue any of its promotions.
• All Ultima Markets promotions only apply to valid Standard STP, Swap free STP, Raw ECN, Swap free ECN, and Pro ECN accounts.
• Ultima Markets will not be liable for any losses, costs, expenses, or damages that a client may incur in connection with this offer and which by law may not be excluded by these Terms.
