CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITION
The “Deposit special” Campaign (the “Campaign” or “campaign”) is offered by Ultima Markets Ltd (Mauritius license No. GB 23201593) (here in “the Company or “Ultima Markets”) to the Company’s clients (here in “the Client” or “client”).
DURATION
This Campaign is valid from 1st May 2025 00:00 (GMT+3) to 1st July 2025 23:59 (GMT+3).

- Each eligible client will receive the deposit cashback reward shown in the table below.

- These coupons are initially issued in USD as the base currency, with examples provided in the table below. Clients with accounts in different currencies can refer to appendix for more details.
- Only successful deposits made via a valid Visa Card, Mastercard, Sticpay, Bitwallet, PAY2DAY, ZotaPay, Hong Kong Bank Transfer, Vietnam Bank Transfer, India Bank Transfer, Indonesia Bank Transfer, Thailand Bank Transfer, Philippines Bank Transfer, Malaysia Bank Transfer, Japan Local Bank Transfer, and Brazil Bank Transfer, will be eligible for this Promotion. The cashback amount will NOT be applied if a client makes his/her initial deposit via other means (BPAY, bank wire, etc.)
- To use the coupon, clients must select and apply the desired coupon during the deposit process. They should enter the exclusive promo code on their Ultima Markets App by tapping on the “Profile” icon, navigating to the “Coupons” tab, and press “Submit” to redeem the reward.
- Every reward coupon remains valid for 30 days upon redemption and is strictly applicable for a single transaction only. Any unused coupons and/or vouchers will become void upon expiration.
- Only limited coupons available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The redeemed coupon is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
- To view the coupons collected during the promotion period, clients may tap on their in-app “Profile” icon, under the “Coupon” tab.
- Internal transfers, balance, cash adjustments, Introducing Broker or Affiliate rebates, or commissions will not be considered as a deposit and are not eligible for this Campaign.
- Clients are allowed to participate in other campaigns, promotions and/or Offer along with this Campaign.
Appendix 1
- The deposit requirements and cashback will be indicated on the coupon and based on the client’s account base currency.
- To use the coupon, clients must select and apply the desired coupon during the depositing process.
The deposit requirements and cashback amount according to each account currency type are listed in the table below : This Campaign is only applicable to trading orders with the following products: Forex, Gold, Sliver, Crude Oil, Bitcoin.

- The deposit cashback amount cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another account unless the account is granted to make a trade in FX, Gold (XAUUSD, XAUAUD), Silver (XAGUSD, XAGAUD) and Crude Oil (CL-OIL, USOUSD, UKOUSD) and Bitcoin with a minimum holding period of 10 minutes offered by Ultima Markets. The withdrawal requirement is stated below.

- At its absolute discretion, Ultima Markets reserves the right to deduct the entire cashback amount from accounts that have not participated in trading but are requesting a withdrawal.
When redeeming multiple coupons, clients must fulfill the withdrawal requirements for each coupon sequentially, as they are being used.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following conditions apply to all campaigns, offers, and/or promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- All Ultima Markets’ campaigns, offers and/or promotions are only available in accordance with applicable law.
- This Campaign is not intended to alter or modify an individual’s risk preference or encourage individuals to trade inconsistent with their trading strategies.
- Clients should ensure they manage their trading account in accordance with their risk tolerance.
- Ultima Markets will not be responsible for loss, liability or damages arising out of the Campaign participation and any technical issues, including but not limited to server issues, poor internet connection, leading to not being able to participate in this Campaign in a good manner.
- The Client agrees that Ultima Markets' reserves the right to use all images, data, or personal information for its own promotional and marketing purposes, including all social media posts unless it is explicitly specified by the Client not to do so in writing.
- New Live Accounts are subject to approval as per Ultima Markets’ account opening procedure. Individuals who apply for an account must check their local laws and regulations before applying for an account with Ultima Markets.
- PAMM / MAM Investor and Master are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
- Ultima Markets reserves the right to cancel the Client’s eligibility and participation in this Campaign if the deposit is made via e-wallet/cryptocurrency channel, including but not limited to USDT.
- Clients are not allowed to use the rewarded cash from this Campaign to hedge positions. Ultima Markets reserves the right to cancel a client’s eligibility to participate in any offers, promotions or campaigns, remove the rewarded cash/bonus from their trading account, and partial/full removal of profits generated by hedging positions without notice.
- Ultima Markets reserves the right to decline any application or indication to participate in any campaigns, offers, and promotions at its sole discretion without providing any justification or explanation.
- Any dispute and/or misrepresentation is made in relation to the stipulated terms, shall be resolved by the Company, acting in good faith and as it shall, in its sole and absolute discretion, be deemed fit and proper. The Company reserves the right to make final decisions in case of disputes, which shall be binding.
- Ultima Markets reserves the right to exclude and/or cancel a client’s participation in its campaigns, offers, or promotions if: a) Churning (opening and closing of Margin FX or CFD transactions just for the benefit of earning a benefit); b) the client is found violating its Client Agreement or has breached the promotion's terms and conditions. In the event of such misconduct or breach, Ultima Markets shall have the right to deduct any bonus amount from the trading account.
- Ultima Markets may at any time make changes to these terms and conditions and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on the Ultima Markets website. You are advised to review these Terms regularly and by your continued use of Ultima Markets website and services that you accept any such modified terms. Ultima Markets reserves the right to modify or cancel any campaigns, offers, or promotions at its sole discretion at any time.
- Ultima Markets may cease or discontinue any of its campaigns, offers, and/or promotions at any time and at its sole discretion.
- Ultima Markets will not be liable for any losses, costs, expenses, or damages that a client may incur in connection with this campaign, offer, or promotion and which by law may not be excluded by these Terms.
- If these terms and conditions are translated into a language other than English, the English version will take precedence if there is a difference between the two.
- The provider of this Campaign, Offer, and/or Promotion is Ultima Markets Ltd (FSC Mauritius license No. GB 23201593).
ADDITIONAL CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- You must be over 18 years of age to register and apply for an account.
- If your account is closed or suspended, Ultima Markets reserves the right to cancel the rewarded cash or bonus in your account, along with any profits made from this Campaign.
- Ultima Markets may amend or discontinue this Campaign without prior notice to current or prospective applicants and compensation will be remunerated.
- If Ultima Markets has reasonable grounds to suspect that you have abused or attempted to abuse this campaign, offer, or promotion to the detriment of Ultima Markets, Ultima Markets may deny, cancel, or withdraw the campaign, offer, or promotion, and either temporarily or permanently terminate your account and access to all services offered by Ultima Markets. This may also apply if you have breached the Client Agreement.
- You have acknowledged and agreed that for an account to be established and accepted by Ultima Markets, Ultima Markets is required to perform identification checks in accordance with the applicable anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism laws and regulations. Ultima Markets may, at its sole discretion, reject an application if it does not satisfy the regulatory requirements.
